The 2022 Cor Christi Gala Silent Auction is online this year. All items will be on display at the Gala, and bidding is open to Gala guests and Lion friends who can't be with us for the evening.

If you'd like to take part in the silent auction bidding, here are some tips for a great bidding experience:

Getting Started

• After clicking the link above, you'll be prompted to enter your phone number or email address. You're free to browse the items in preview mode without entering any information, but you'll need to register prior to placing a bid. (Most Cor Christi Gala attendees will also receive a text message inviting them to join the auction with information provided with their ticket purchase.) You will receive a one-time verification code via the phone number or email you enter, and after entering the correct code, you'll be able to place bids on the items of your choosing.
• You will have the option to enter your credit card information, enabling the opportunity to check out online for any auctions you win. Our Clickbids site is a secure portal for handling that information. (If you choose not to register a credit card, you will be able to present payment for your winning items at the event cashier's table or at the school when you pick up your winning items.)

Make a Bid

• You can use the menu button at the top of the page to take advantage of winning, losing and watch filters in the auction.
• To enter a bid, click on the "Bid/Info" button on your item. You'll be able to select "Fast Bid" to enter a quick $5 bid. The "Bid/Set Max" button will allow you to enter in a bid of your choosing or set a maximum bid where the system will bid for you in increments of $5 until you are outbid.
• The "Details" button will give you more information on what's included in that auction opportunity.
• You can use the "History" button in the item view to see all previous bids on that item.
• All winning bids are final and binding.

The Auction Close

• THE AUCTION CLOSES AT 10:00PM CDT ON SATURDAY, OCTOBER 8th, 2022.
• At the close of the silent auction, a red checkout button will appear for all those who wish to check out online using a credit card. All cash and check payments will be processed at the checkout table.
• Local pickup is encouraged. If shipping is necessary, the winner assumes the cost and responsibilith of shipping and handling. Bishop Ryan Catholic School is not responsible for accidents that occur with shipping.
• All actual gift cards/certificates are given out at checkout.
