The School Board of Bishop Ryan Catholic School is a vital part of the school community. In accordance with its policies and on behalf of the communities served by Bishop Ryan, the board will define values and vision and assure our mission to provide a Catholic education that inspires and prepares students to learn, work, live fully, and serve God in one another.
The board traditionally meets on the last Thursday of each month. Meetings are open to the public. Minutes are published on this website and can be accessed below. (Please note that school board minutes are posted the month following the meeting they report on, as minutes are approved at the subsequent month's meeting.)
Would you like to make a presentation to the Board? Here's how...
Any person or group wishing to make a formal presentation to the board shall make their intent known, in writing, to the Bishop Ryan Catholic School president at least ten days prior to the regular meeting. They shall briefly explain in their petition the nature of their business. The discussion shall be limited to the petition and shall be no longer than ten (10) minutes. The time limit can be waived by the consent of the majority of the board.
Please note that school board minutes are published after approval at the following month's meeting.
