My name is Zachary Wald and I am the both the Middle School Latin and High School Logic instructor. This is my first year teaching at Bishop Ryan, but as an alumnus, working at Bishop Ryan has felt much like a homecoming.
I am a Minot native and attended Minot Catholic schools throughout all of Elementary, Middle, and High School. I graduated from Bishop Ryan in 2013. Following high school, I attended NDSU, the University of St. Thomas, and, lastly, the University of Mary where I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy in 2018. Immediately after graduating I moved back to Minot to work at St. John’s as the Director of Stewardship, Liturgy, and Youth Ministry and became the golf coach for Bishop Ryan. In fall of 2019, I began my current position with the school.
I have greatly enjoyed working with the students I have taught throughout this first year, and I am overjoyed to be able to work for the school that played a major role in forming me into the person I am today. It is an honor to be a part of helping students to grow not only academically, but also in virtue and in their relationship with Christ.
