Hello!
 
My Name is Brock Nagel, and I am the Middle School Social Studies teacher at Bishop Ryan. The classes I teach include 6 ^th Grade World History, 7 ^th Grade Geography/ND Studies, 8 ^th Grade US History, and 8 ^th Grade Health. I also coach football and I'm the head wrestling coach.
 
I grew up on a small farm 20 miles outside of Linton, North Dakota. I graduated from Linton High School in 2013. I then went to Fargo to attend college at North Dakota State University. I received a bachelor’s degree in Social Science Education and Physical Education in 2017. This is my third year teaching, as I taught Social Studies at Dickinson Trinity for one year before coming to Minot. I taught Elementary PE last year before making the switch to Middle School Social Studies this year.
 
I have really enjoyed my time at Bishop Ryan as it is a great school to not only educate the students on academics but help form them as men and women of virtue.
