To make sure that students are getting all of the tools needed for their weekly assignments, we're excited to unveil our
Lion Mail!
Here's how it works:
1) On Fridays, there will be two windows for families to visit the school,
7:30am-9:00am and
5:00pm-7:00pm. No appointment or signup is necessary.
2) During these times, families can proceed to the following entrances to make packet pick-ups and drop-offs:
Families with last names beginning in A-K: Door A (administration office entrance)
Families with last names beginning with L-Z: Door H (main north entrance)
3)
Lion Mail Traffic Rules: Enter the school campus from the southeast entrance near the intersection of Broadway and 11th Avenue NW. If you are in the A-K group, stay on the south side of the building. Families in the L-Z group can proceed to the north side of the building.
Please keep traffic in a single-file line in the lane closest to the school building and remain in your vehicles. A BR representative will bring your packet(s) to your car and take anything that you're returning to the school. (Foot traffic will not be allowed.)
4) Carefully merge back into the thru-traffic lane and exit the campus.
You can also use this opportunity to turn in previous assignments, library books, sports uniforms, and anything else that needs to come back to the school or faculty.
All PK-12 students will have packets to pick up, and all students need to bring their white envelopes back each week, regardless of if they have assignments to turn in or not.
We appreciate your patience as we work with this system, and as we learn, we may make changes to keep this process quick and efficient for all of our families!
